Let's start your registration with past pupil's association.





All you need to have is to be a school leaver from Bandaranayake college Gampaha to register with Past pupil's association. You may download the Application form and follow the instructions below carefully, in order to complete your registration successfully.
  • Download Registration Application Here .
  • (COPY 01) Fill the application form correctly and obtain a scanned clear copy.
  • (COPY 02) Obtain Scanned copies of School Leaving Certificate and / Or any other supporting documents in order to prove your school identity.
  • (COPY 03) A clear photograph for your member identity card.
  • (COPY 04) A copy of your national identity card(NIC).
  • Create new folder in your computer and contain the above COPY 01/02/03 and zip the folder.
  • If You have successfully completed the zipped folder, Complete your registration by filling the following forum below.
  • Once you Submitted, you may prompt to pay 5,500.00 LKR of online payment.

  • (COPY 03) Make a deposit of 5,500.00 LKR for life time membership fee and OB Identity card fee on the Sampath bank savings account (Account No : 1016-6000-0020 Account name : Past Pupils Association of Bandaranayake Collge , Gampaha , Branch: Gampaha ) and obtain scanned copy of the slip.
  • (COPY 04) A clear photograph for your member identity card.
  • (COPY 05) A copy of your national identity card(NIC).
  • Create new folder in your computer and contain the above COPY 01/02/03 and zip the folder.
  • If You have successfully completed the zipped folder, Complete your registration by filling the following forum below.
